Accommodation Bookings (e.g., via Airbnb & lekkeslaap)

• If you booked your stay through Airbnb or lekkeslaap, please refer to their refund policies as it applies to your specific reservation.

Counselling Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in no refund unless due to an emergency.

• Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable.

Processing & Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted for:

• Services already rendered

• Partial attendance at events or sessions

• Custom packages unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
